Who can participate?
Digital Pros NIL is for adults 18 and older. Participation is subject to review and a signed agreement.
Does registration authorize use of my likeness?
No. Registration does not authorize commercial use. Your signed agreement defines permitted uses, restrictions, duration and compensation.
How are earnings handled?
When a company pays to license your character, you receive the agreed percentage of licensing fees Digital Pros actually collects, according to your agreement. Paid opportunities and earnings are not guaranteed.
Can Digital Pros make promotional content?
Digital Pros may create unpaid promotional content to showcase your character, as covered by your agreement. Companies do not receive free character use.
Where do I manage my character?
Sign in to your NIL account and open My characters. Your references and submissions stay in the native participant portal.
